Once it was determined I was buying the vehicle I asked him to please charge it because I noticed during the test drive it only had about 80 miles of range left and I was driving all the way back to St Petersburg. When I went out transfer things I noticed it only had a few more miles of range and I asked him why he hadn't put it on one of the four level two chargers out front and he said those only worked for the Audis. That's absolutely positively untrue. I sacrificed not having the vehicle detailed in order to have the vehicle charged and he put it on a level one charger. More

Sure, they have some nice vehicles on the lot, but if you want to buy a whole bunch of headaches along with your new car, pick Audi Lakeland. I have been buying new and used cars for 40 years and I have never seen such substandard service. And they are supposed to be a premium dealership. Nothing premium about the service. Anthony in sales was OK. After that, nose dive. Another thing I found distasteful was the condescension as I expressed my concerns. The woman who offered to help me told me to text her if I wanted to reach out after hours. Then when I texted her at about 5:30 PM, she told me to quit bothering her because she was with her family. Sure, they are selling premium German wheels, but their service was like a used car lot from somewhere out in the woods. Too bad for them because I keep myself and 4 other people in wheels, and I would have shopped there in the future if they would've shown the slightest degree of concern. The BMW and Mercedes dealerships are 5 minutes away. More
