I had a GREAT experience with the men who helped me: Lee and Rod. Both were very patient, knowledgeable, kind and they even have a good sense of humor. Customer service is fantastic. They went above and beyond my expectations in the purchase of my vehicle. I also enjoyed working with Nadine in the paper process. She too was very friendly, happy, knowledgeable and courteous in our interactions. Fixed an appointment with Steve Malz for a A4 test drive, I showed up on time. Steve didn't even come to meet me, send Andy who refused test drive. This is the second Audi we have purchased from this dealer and I have had nothing but great service each time. The sales and service department both are top notch. My only complaint would be the lack dealer and I have had nothing but great service each time. The sales and service department both are top notch. My only complaint would be the lack of inventory to choose from. We just had to order our last vehicle which was a Q5 because they did not have many to choose from. In their defense we did call several other Audi dealers and none of them had any Q5's either so I guess that is more a complaint for the manufacturer. Oh I also love the fact that I get an Audi to drive when my car is in for service. More

Tom Wood by far is the worst dealer in the world. Don't ever take your car in if it is out of warranty. If they worked on Airplanes the FAA would have them all thrown in jail. If they worked in medicine th ever take your car in if it is out of warranty. If they worked on Airplanes the FAA would have them all thrown in jail. If they worked in medicine they would have killed thousands of people. Ugh. NEVER EVER take your car in for service - especially if it has anything to do with safety (brakes etc). They may kill you. After 5 BMW's I purchased a New Audi S5 and I absolutely love it!!! I had my finacing all lined up and ordered the exact car I wanted. When the car arrived the finance manager was able to save me a 1/2% p love it!!! I had my finacing all lined up and ordered the exact car I wanted. When the car arrived the finance manager was able to save me a 1/2% point on the best rate I got from my personal bank. I had been disappointed with my previous dealings with this dealership, but that has all changed. I came in on a Saturday and was approched by a gentelman who introduced himself as the new General Manage this dealership, but that has all changed. I came in on a Saturday and was approched by a gentelman who introduced himself as the new General Manager. He apologized that all of his salespeople were currently helping other customers and asked if he could answer any of my questions until someone became free. I was immediately impressed that the G.M. would leave his desk on a hot day to make sure I was attended to. I was impressed because I had some terrible dealings with the old G.M back in 2006. My wife had a Saab lease that was coming due and Mr. Ingalls showed me a new A4 Convertible that I really thought she would like. I asked him about leasing and within 5 mins he had lease figures for me that fit our budget. He was very laid back and not your typical pushy car guy that I am used to so I told him I need to talk to my wife. He offered me the option of taking the car to her because she was at work but I told him we would not be ready for a few more weeks. A couple weeks later I walked in the front door and Mr. Ingalls saw me in the showroom and came out to greet me and my wife. I started to introduce my wife but he already remembered my name and my wifes name just from our conversation. He apologized that the original silver car I was looking at had been sold but that they just got in a Blue one that had the lighter interior like my wifes Saab and asked if we wanted to see that one. He introduced us to Rob Graves and said Rob would be more than happy to show us the car. 60 mins later we were in the finance office leasing our new A4 convertible. Both Rod and Rob were wonderful to deal with and I never felt pressured or like I was just another sale for them. The only negative from the whole experience was the finance lady. She was friendly at first but when we told her we did not want to buy any of the extras that they sell she became irritated. Thanks for the wonderful experience and my wife loves her new convertible!
