I've called Caleb, and left a voicemail. Not even the courtesy to return my call. It has been nearly a week, and no return call or voicemail. This is unbelievably true. You'd think if this shop were as concerned as the written response to my negative, but honest, feedback that I'd receive a return phone call to "clear things up." No action, and only lip-service with this dealer having a monopoly in the area on authorized Audi maintenance. The lack of response from the service manager is indicative of the (lack of) service provided from this service shop.

Might be best for this shop to admit they aren't as good as they think they are, and perhaps even invest in user training for their voicemail system-either that, or hire people that truly care about the customer and avoid the risk of negative feedback honestly given from their REQUESTED survey solicitation to me.

Ata boy avoid the fact that the alignment was trash nowhere near right and you didn’t even do one of the service items that was requested. You’re the service manager it all falls on your shoulders times not a big deal if my car came out driving correctly with an oil change but it did not sad that you are the only option in Indianapolis

Took the Audi in for the 60000 mile checkup. They also replaced one of the back tires They completed the work. Inside of car wasn’t touched. Did not clean the exterior. Left the radio console on some sea More
