I was greeted right on time and the car was taken in for a pressure check. I talk to John the tech and he said not to worry about it but keep an eye on it because it is a very tiny leak. All of my prior experiences with Audi Of Indianapolis have been wonderful. But this time my car was there for a week(yes I did have a loaner card to drive🙂) with a request to correct 3 minor items-CD pl have been wonderful. But this time my car was there for a week(yes I did have a loaner card to drive🙂) with a request to correct 3 minor items-CD player not working, an intermittent unidentified noise when starting the engine and replacing brackets on the license plate holder. After 3 days of no communication I phoned Ben who said that he would get back to me. After a week I again called only to learn that no work had occured. I announced that I would pick it up the next day. On arrival Ben said they were too “busy” and he had managed to eject a stuck CD but that was the only problem resolved. I sincerely wish the dealership had told me to call for a later appointment if they were that busy. Needless to say I’m very disappointed. More

The price was also fair given this Covid environment of new car shortages. Additionally, The woman Who handled all the paperwork (Heather) was also very good.
