Satisfied with purchase of Q5 SUV Salesman listened to what I wanted in a SUV, asked questions to further customize and clarify, showed me a recommendation and test drove car. Asked what I liked about it and worked with me for a few weeks to bring me to a point if decision. I also looked at and test drive BMW, Volvo, Mercedes and Subaru Outback SUVs. The final choice was between BMW and Audi. During this time, I made return trips to BMW and Audi dealerships numerous times. Salesman and sales manager were patient, answered my questions and worked with me on price. Finally decided Q5 was for me. Follow-up service options were clearly explained; salesman and technical rep invited me to return to dealership for tutorials in using the advanced technology in the car. More

A Great Experience Awaits You! There are no end of the words in the English language that can describe my awesome experience at this dealership. I needed to have my Audi A7 service There are no end of the words in the English language that can describe my awesome experience at this dealership. I needed to have my Audi A7 serviced due to a left headlamp malfunction. A good acquaintance recommended Audi Hunt Valley. Although I hail from a distance away (Reisterstown, Md), I decided to give it a try. My Service Representative was Tony Watson, and I cannot say enough good things about that young man! He is very personable and genuine - just like everyone else within those walls. I met a salesman named Rick who indulged me in great conversation, and I believe I also met and had a great experience with their General Manager. The point is that I only came in for service, and was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect! To qualify my experience, Tony did not try to "up-sell" me on repairs that were not needed at the time. Their interface with the in-processing of your vehicle is very state of the art. The most important aspect is that these are all competent folks, who would not dare treat you in a condescending manner. I do not remember their names, but even the Parts Department Representatives were just as knowledgeable, genuinely courteous, and personable. When you walk in - no matter what your visit may be for, you get a feeling that the staff in every department are happy to work there. Please be mindful that the car business (all aspects) is dog-eat-dog, and bottom line based. Not at this dealership...you will have to see it for yourself. I am a US Army veteran, who served this country honorably. That said, am not an employee, received no special to write this, and stand by my word. I love Audis, and will go nowhere else for my next one. If you're tired of games at dealerships, please do yourself a favor and try Audi Hunt Valley. Tony and Crew...I will see you very soon for my 55,000 mile service! I'll also write another review then as well! More
