I’ve always been a tad skeptical taking my car to dealerships for service because I’ve heard rumors it is much more expensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised and felt the charges were more than fair. But the real reason I will return is because of their EXCELLENT customer service. The service manager, Lyndsey, was so helpful and kept me up on progress and setbacks. She provided a loaner car when it was determined that it would take a while to fix, which was a lifesaver. Bottom line is that it seemed to be in line with what my old mechanic would charge but the service is the reason I will return. Or, I would consider buying my next car there. Thanks! More

I scheduled an appointment to fix a problem with my MMI controls that were replaced a few months ago. The problem was fixed at no charge.
