Staff is professional, but they don't seem too concerned with minor issue you might be having. If it is a warranty issue it is fine but.........they seem eager to get you in and out as quickly as possible. with minor issue you might be having. Set scheduled service. Went perfect. Timing, scheduling, and service were spot on. They sent a video of the under carriage showing the car and gave their opinion. Will go back again. and service were spot on. They sent a video of the under carriage showing the car and gave their opinion. Will go back again. More
My wife and I had been looking for a used RS RS5 for a long time. We found one at Audi Hunt Valley, which was a bit of a concern as we are in California, but they are an Auto Nation Dealership, so I figur long time. We found one at Audi Hunt Valley, which was a bit of a concern as we are in California, but they are an Auto Nation Dealership, so I figured they could transfer it to a local Auto Nation Dealership for a charge. On Monday: I connected with Nick Hill at Audi Hunt Valley. Nick sent me information on the car I wanted, and we worked out the details (Including Price and Shipping Cost) to have it shipped to an Auto Nation Dealer in my area. On Tuesday: I connected with a local Auto Nation Dealer (Roseville Subaru), where the car was to be shipped. They advised there would be some advantages if I purchased the vehicle from them directly and that since they were all one Auto Nation Family, it wasn't an issue to move the deal. I signed paperwork agreeing to the price and the non-refundable shipping charge. Kevin, the used car Manager at Audi Hunt Valley, called me and asked why I moved the deal. I explained that, according to the local dealership, it was better for them to do the deal since they were in California and could offer the Auto Nation fice day guarantee. I said I'd like to buy the car and hoped they could work out the details between the two dealerships. He said they could. Wednesday: Audi Hunt Valley sold the car to someone else, and when I was finally able to get someone on the phone, Kevin said, "He didn't know I was still interested in the car." I'm not sure if it is all of Auto Nation or just the management at Audi Hunt Valley, but these people are without a business, moral, or ethical compass! More
I purchased a 2018 Audi A4 from this dealership with an extended warranty. I ended up trading in the vehicle for another and proceeded to go through the process of canceling my extended warranty and reques extended warranty. I ended up trading in the vehicle for another and proceeded to go through the process of canceling my extended warranty and requesting a partial refund. My wife went to the dealership on 11/21/19 to complete the cancellation form which is required for the dealership to process the refund. Yesterday (2/14/20) I called to try and find out why I had not received a check (3 months later) and was unable to reach the finance manager (William) as he was out of office. William called me today (2/15/20) explaining that the request was still pending with Safeguard (warranty company) and that he would “have to call them on Monday to see what was the hold up”. After getting off the phone with William, I called Safeguard directly. Safeguard informed me that the dealership never submitted the paperwork for a cancellation. In fact, they could see that the dealership accessed my account on 11/21/19 but didn’t do anything else. Safeguard informed me that once the paperwork is submitted to them it would take an additional 3-4 weeks to cut a refund check. I called William back to try and get clarification as to why he told me 1) they were closed on Saturday and 2) why he hadn’t submitted my cancellation request. William informed me that he had indeed submitted it. After explaining to him I knew he didn’t he switched to “well the home office submits those so I need to follow-up on Monday with them”. This is absolutely absurd. In the auto industry there is a term called charge back which basically means if there’s a refund for a warranty that ends up hitting the bottom dollar of the finance department because they can’t report that they earned that money if you’re canceling a warranty. What I’m assuming is happening is that the finance department at Hunt Valley is not submitting the cancellation request in a timely manner. As a result, the customer is not receiving their funds. To make matters worse, safeguard only refunds within three months, so I told William I expect a call on Monday with details of when I will receive my check. BE ADVISED if you have sold a car and are waiting on a refund check. If I had not called, no one at Hunt Valley Audi would have called me to check on it. This is a complete scam. I will never be doing business with this dealership again and I will be advising all family, friends and co-workers to avoid doing business with Audi Hunt Valley. I’ve grown up in Baltimore county my entire life and know many people in the community. This type of business practice shouldn’t be allowed. Three months later, I’m still waiting on a partial refund for my warranty. I sincerely hope a GM sees this feedback and investigates how many other cancellation requests may be in the pipeline. More

I noticed my car had no gas and 87 more miles on it then when I dropped it off for a recall (which wasn't even completed). Not only did he take my car without permission, but he drove it recklessly, including driving 90+ mph on 25 mph country roads. And worst of all the dealer not even knowing this happened, covered it up when confronted, lied about knowing, and told me they were within their rights to "test drive" my car how they see fit. The service writer lied, the Service Manager lied. They didn’t even know it happened. I went to the general manager, Mitch Henson, to explain what had happened, explained I have it all on my dash cam, and to seek some sort of resolution, but they blew me off. If people knew their expensive cars were being taken home by employees and driven recklessly, I seriously doubt anybody would want to take their cars to this dealership. The best part when I told the general manager he was doing 90 in my car, he said "sometimes they have to drive that fast to properly test the car." Seriously! More
