I have used the Hunt Valley Service department for all of my vehicles and have always received excellent service. I have other Audi dealerships closer to my home; however, I am willing to drive the extra mi my vehicles and have always received excellent service. I have other Audi dealerships closer to my home; however, I am willing to drive the extra miles due to their outstanding customer service and the performance of their service techs. They have always resolved my issues on the first visit or notified me in advance if something was going to take longer, which is fine, since they provide a loaner vehicle. More
