Went to service Dept. Hoping yo have Frint passenger window repaired on my 1998 Audi A6. I was charged $219 to diagnose issue when I stated that window is stuck in the dow Hoping yo have Frint passenger window repaired on my 1998 Audi A6. I was charged $219 to diagnose issue when I stated that window is stuck in the down position. They were unable to raise window and could not wrap window for me. I paid $219 but had nothing done. More

My 1st time at Audi Hunt Valley was a great experience but it started over the phone. Nice guys, tried hard. Bought the car out of state and had it shipped to me. Lots of delays in getting the car to me.
