I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Aug. 2024 within one month my Alternator, Starter and Headlight bulb went out my sales guy Vinnie a nice guy but I don’t think he was very honest about the 2024 within one month my Alternator, Starter and Headlight bulb went out my sales guy Vinnie a nice guy but I don’t think he was very honest about the car because I asked him was it any mechanical issues he said it passed Maryland inspection but the worse was the guy in the finance department he said I had to have a warranty for the car which cost a extra 3,000 dollars but the problem is the warranty is worthless it doesn’t cover any of my repairs. I would never purchase or recommend this dealership ever not trustworthy. More

Kimberly jumped up to greet us as we entered the showroom. After driving another Q5 for 4 years, this was my top choice. Our purpose was to look at a Q5; then head to Lexus, Mercedes, BMW.
