I have been a customer of Schaumburg Audi since September 2007 when we purchased our A3. Our family has since purchased 3 more Audi's from this dealer. The quality of the service work and the above and beyond treatment from this dealership, especially Ed Stawicki is a big reason we continue to go back to them. Owning four Audi's I feel makes us experts in the service and in knowing it is not hit or miss on being treated well, it is a constant. I really feel they appreciate us as much as we do them. When a relative was looking for a new car last year we convinced her to go there to test drive the cars and see what they could do for her. She was so impressed first with the cars and then the willingness to give her a great deal, she also now owns an Audi from Schaumburg Audi that she is very happy with. Seeing how well they treated her just convinced us to recommend them to everyone we know. More

I was able to drop off my car, quickly get a loaner and drive out of the dealership in 15 minutes. Ed provided good communication along the way and my car was ready when promised. I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. He ask the reason for my visit and then shortly thereafter tells me how long I should expect to McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter. Ted handled both my routine service and identified a service bulletin issue. When the work took longer than expected he arranged for the car to be delivered to my office. Dean Turner has many times gone out of his way to assist me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle. He comes to my office to pick up my car for routine service and leaves me a loaner to d me with any question or problem I'm having with the vehicle.
