Most unscheduled repairs have been simple things like a hose or a light bulb. After owning many other cars since starting to drive in 1968, I have been exceptionally pleased with the service at this dealer. I will continue to go there for all my service needs for my A4. More

I have always been pleased with the process, including short times to get me in, providing me with a loaner and keeping me informed of the progress. I was interested in the recall details on S7, which were provided in some detail. The facilities are new and easy to get in and out. While having to take the car in for service is not a favorite activity, my experience with all my cars has been stress free, convenient and efficient. More

My experience at Hoffman Estates Audi was fantastic. Eric met me as I drove into the service area and immediately discussed the issues I was having with my A4.
