The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL). The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Too little, too late. I sold that car 4 years ago after my ongoing nightmare with your dealership. You guys always managed to mess up my car on numerous occasions. The straw that broke the camel's back was when you tried to charge me almost $7,000 to fix my transmission when it was covered under warranty. You finally fixed it but replaced my clutch with a worn one while it was out of the car. I had a feeling you would try to do this. Schaumburg Audi is by far the worst dealership I have ever experienced bar none! I know other people that had their Audi's service by Schaumburg Audi that can share similar experiences as mine so they drive out of their way to avoid your dealership and go to another one. I feel bad for all the people that your dealership has scammed.
