Everything was great from start to finish. Every employee was helpful and pleasent. I went in to have a noise checked out and a couple of random maintanance issues and within an hour I was out the d employee was helpful and pleasent. I went in to have a noise checked out and a couple of random maintanance issues and within an hour I was out the door with all problems resolved. I will be an Audi owner for life and this dealership is a big reason why. More
I have had two very nice experiences at this dealer. One was with the service department and the other was with their parts department. The people that work there are very friendly and polite. They ask a lo was with the service department and the other was with their parts department. The people that work there are very friendly and polite. They ask a lot of questions and actually seem to care about solving your problems. The dealership is very neat and clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. My car was washed and ready when I came to pick it up the same day that I brought it in, and the problem I was having with the car was fixed. I stopped at the parts department for some touch up paint and batteries for my key remote, and they had everthing in stock. All in all, a ver nice experience. More
The service team at this dealer isn't up to par. They misdiagnosed my multiple times when it was under warranty. Same exact problem came back (faulty Yaw sensor) after warranty expired and some how they misdiagnosed my multiple times when it was under warranty. Same exact problem came back (faulty Yaw sensor) after warranty expired and some how they managed to run a completely different test this time that found the problem except it was going to cost me $1200. Had long argument with their service unprofessionals and the used the sleazy excuse that this could be caused by a different reason and so they are not responsible. I would not take me bike to this dealer let a lone my car. Also, the guys who work there really act like robots. A smile could go a long way. More
The dealer had sent me an email about the incentives.Called up the sales department to buy a car.I asked a couple of questions to the salesman. He became increasingly irritated and kept the ph incentives.Called up the sales department to buy a car.I asked a couple of questions to the salesman. He became increasingly irritated and kept the phone down. The dealership needs to train their guys to keep calm when customers ask questions. I got in an argument with the sales guy, when I was interested in a car, can you believe that? He was being arrogant and unprofessional. I worked for Audi back in Germany, and I do love these cars. But interested in a car, can you believe that? He was being arrogant and unprofessional. I worked for Audi back in Germany, and I do love these cars. But Schaumburg Audi is ABSOLUTELY NOT Audi like!! Stay away from this dealer!! More
I am a technician I do lots of work on Audi's and I went to Schaumburg Audi to return two differential seals I had bought 2 weeks previous. The reason for returning the diff seals was that I found them for to Schaumburg Audi to return two differential seals I had bought 2 weeks previous. The reason for returning the diff seals was that I found them for 45$ cheaper and are OEM quality from ecstuning. Schaumburg Audi actually had the guts to charge me a 20% restocking fee, no other Audi dealer I have been to even mentioned this or carryied through with it. The parts people are not friendly and take a very long time to find parts. I recommend staying far far away from this dealer as they will only make you have a bad day! More

My appointment was for Tues. November 13. I had just found this site that previous Monday. So I was a little uneasy about bring my car there to say the least. My wife came home, and told me that she had found this site that previous Monday. So I was a little uneasy about bring my car there to say the least. My wife came home, and told me that she had to go into work early on tues. So we had to bring the car in monday night. I got there around 5:45-50 Ed was sitting there and I had explained to him my story about how we had to drop the car off tonight. Now knowing I had a loner set up for Tues. I was expecting to be told I had to rent or prob fight with him as I had to do at the exchange to get a car. It took him about 10 min but he was came back with a car. He told me he should not be doing this, but he still did. I was totally not expecting it. As far as service I brought it in for a torn cv boot, 80k maint, and put on my snow tires. They washed my engine and vaccum the car. It was a bit pricey but I own an Audi it is to be expected. It was done the same day! Cant wait till first snow fall. I'll be going back for sure. Dan. More
Initially I went there to test drive and get a quote. There initial quote was way to high. After looking into other dealers, I got a good quote from another dealer. I called Schaumburg Audi and asked the There initial quote was way to high. After looking into other dealers, I got a good quote from another dealer. I called Schaumburg Audi and asked them if they will match the price. Initially they told me they can not do it and then they started to call me and telling me that i was lying and no dealer can give this price. After a day, they told me the will price match the other dealer quote. But when I walked in the dealership to complete the deal, they did not had matched the price. I wanted to do business with Schaumburg Audi, as they were closer. I ended up doing to a different Audi dealership More
My wife and I are currently shopping for a new car and I came across this site. We had an Audi we purchased new from Schaumburg Audi and, I must say, it was the worst ownership experience we have ever had. came across this site. We had an Audi we purchased new from Schaumburg Audi and, I must say, it was the worst ownership experience we have ever had. Routine servicing always led to a mechanical issue that "needed attention". These in turn would involve sometimes thousands of dallars in repairs that were all covered under warranty. Of course, this was very inconvenient for us as the car was in for seemingly unnecessary service about three days/month. I talked with other owners at that dealership and they had all had the same problem with the service dept. Owners from other dealers had not. I talked to Tony Papparo, the Service Manager, while in the dealer for repairs and he called me a "liar" right there in the showroom, and made a crack at my ethnicity. Later in the same week he left a message with my service demanding that I call him back immediately. I complied and he told me that the purpose of his call was to tell that I would not be allowed to come back to the dealer for service or new car sales. I followed up with Audi North America and they said all the dealers are franchises, and therefore they have no leverage (I have found out since then that the call center I spoke to is possibly in the upstairs of this dealership). This was all very confusing at the time, and we have since then filed suit against this dealer. I'm sorry, but I could never recommend this dealer. This was an awful experience for my wife and me, and we are both truly amazed that the dealership is still open for business. More
