Necko was very attentive, answered all of our questions directly and didn’t make us feel rushed in the least. He’s very knowledgeable regarding Audi’s and took his time to explain all the features and demonstrate the car’s technology. When negotiating on price, there was none of the typical “dickering” and high pressure we've experienced at other dealerships. Necko came down significantly from the original asking price. Upon inquiring about my desired vehicle I was introduced to Necko Civic, Pre-Owned Internet Sales Manager, who promptly arranged for a test drive. I was impressed with his knowledge of this particular car. He pointed out all of its great features, obviously very proud and enthusiastic about his product and dealership. He presented the car as if it were his own, even pointing out the one "con" on the car. Although the car spoke for itself upon winning me over, Necko's knowledge and professionalism assured me that this was the right car and dealership for me. Upon quoting me a low deal and great trade-in value, it was above my budget. Necko realized my disappointment and went to great lengths to make it work within my budget. His advice of pre-approval financing online proved to be such a time saver, and upon returning with my husband to finalize the paperwork, it took less than 1/2 of an hour to complete. He then escorted me to my NEW CAR, detailed impeccably, and thoroughly went over the operation of the car including the set up of my iphone and bluetooth. Before leaving the dealership in my new car, he invited me back for unlimited free car washes. My new car meets and exceeds all of my expectations. Never before did I ever believe I would be interested in an Audi. By chance I was near the facility and I stopped in. Walking in the door we were immediatly greeted by Jim Coveliers. At this point, I shopped many dealerships, worked with many sale reps, but no one, I mean no one came close to Jim. Jim had an incredible knowledge/background of Audi brand, but also the same cars within its class (to provide a comparison). As a potential new customer, Jim paid close attention to our needs as a family, so that when we took a test drive not only did he fully explain the cars top to bottom, but also how it would benefit our family. I might add that the consecutive times we went to Audi, he always either asked about my wife or my daughter (my daughter loved him), which further showed his genuine personality. That is great and all, but what about making the deal, the price? Well, we were NEVER pressured into buying and Jim provided us with his contact info should we ever want to ask questions, take a loaner, or come in for another test drive. When talking about the price, simply put, he worked with us... and got us an incredible deal. A deal where I was confident we were getting a very fair price and I know Audi was still hitting a favorable proft margin, so no problem there. This was a very big purchase for me and one that I waited many years to make a move on. I can say from all my extensive research I noticed that alot of the cars were the same, dealers were the same, service was the same....give or take, it all seemed the same. Necko Civic is has been outstanding! I purchased a new 2010 A5 last March. I dreaded purchasing a new car in the past... that was before my experience with Necko at Schaumburg Audi.
