Every single person has gone out their way for me. They are all friendly, polite, professional, and best of all, competent! Luckily, I have only had minor service concerns, but they have all been met in the most professional way. This dealership is more than twice as far as another one closer to home, but it is worth the drive. I would recommend Audi of Hoffman Estates to anyone I know that is interested in an Audi.
