An exceptional experience after an unfortunate one A first for me...two flats at once. Without an appointment I dropped the car off at the Audi Dealership in Hoffman Estates and things just got better from there. Rick Kelstrom, the service advisor, was exceptional in providing updates, cost estimates and completion times. He went out of his way to take pitpctures of the damaged rims and email the estimate to my insurance company. These guys are the most pleasant and efficient service advisors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. More
