The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Gift certificate Scam, better off at KIA I have a A 4 that I service at Hoffman, they never totally resolve my issues, today was straw that broke the camels back, I received a $15 gift cer I have a A 4 that I service at Hoffman, they never totally resolve my issues, today was straw that broke the camels back, I received a $15 gift certificate in the mail over the weekend, I wanted to buy a a $10 key chain, after making me wait 10 minutes, Michael the parts manager, I believe, said it's not a get certificate and I could only use it for service., it's the way he said it that's bugging me, I have a $40,000 car that I have serviced there , and he's arguing over a $10 key chain. I could have walked over to my salesman and asked for it, but I don't need it, it's the principal , why wouldn't you want to keep my service business ??? I ripped the gift certificate up and will never return for anything More
