Working with Dean Turner to purchase my new Q5 was no exception. He listened to what I wanted in terms of options, color, etc and presented vehicles in stock or on order that fit my criteria. I have no doubt that he would have searched other dealers' inventories or put together a factory order if I hadn't found almost exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to consider more expensive models. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience that I would recommend to my friends. More

Fantastic Experience at Audi Hoffman Estates I went in to get APR work done on my Volkswagen GTI. Scott was in charge of helping me out. My husband questioned the reason I had to pay for the new tire since it appeared perfectly fine when I drove it in for a car wash. He asked for the service manager who listened to his concerns and then watched the film of the car coming in and leaving and coming back again. Apparently, I drove over something that punctured the tire and it could not be repaired . More
