Purchase and Service of my Audi I thought when I purchased the vehicle that it was a very pleasant experience since in years past I was very hesitant on entering a dealership with al I thought when I purchased the vehicle that it was a very pleasant experience since in years past I was very hesitant on entering a dealership with all the sales talk they deliver. However, here at Audi in Hoffman Estates Mr. Duranovic was so wonderful in answering my questions it was indeed a pleasure to decide that this where I wanted to purchase my car. When there were recalls instigated by the company and I initiated an appointment to schedule this service I was given a time convenient for me and both recalls were done at the same time wherein I didn't have to schedule another appointment. Now this is what I call great service. Mr. McConnell handled the service for me and I was finished in less time than I expected. He followed my car through the entire process and I appreciate his astute attention to my ease in dropping the car off and eliminating much of the wait time. More

Such good treatment, I told others about it. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted as I got out of the car and guided to the check-in desk. Then I was showed a couple options of where I could From the moment I drove in, I was greeted as I got out of the car and guided to the check-in desk. Then I was showed a couple options of where I could wait. I sat near a recharging station for my cellphone. After a short time, I was informed of the work to be done and given a time frame to expect. Shortly before it was ready, I was given paperwork and told who to pay. The car was returned to me clean inside and out with all the protective papers and plastics including the key tag number removed. Then the agent told me to call him if I had ay questions and gave me a cheery send-off. The only painful part of the whole experience was the bill. :-) More
