Great Service Experience! It's always a pleasant experience when you pull into the service area and are immediately greeted by someone who escorts you into the Waiting Area to It's always a pleasant experience when you pull into the service area and are immediately greeted by someone who escorts you into the Waiting Area to talk with a Service Consultant, which in my case, is almost always Rick Kelstrom. Rick knows my vehicles and clearly explains what will be done and how long it will take. Usually, I request a loaner, but since Rick said it would only take an hour to complete the work, I opted to wait. The Waiting Area is a nicely furnished space with a big screen TV mounted on a wall, fresh coffee, and an array of sweets. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. When the work was completed (actually, less than an hour), Rick came over to let me know that my car was ready and I was on my way with my freshly washed vehicle. This is the way a Service Department should be run and it is clear, that everything at Hoffman Estates is geared toward providing a great experience for the customer! More

Working with Dean Turner to purchase my new Q5 was no exception. He listened to what I wanted in terms of options, color, etc and presented vehicles in stock or on order that fit my criteria. I have no doubt that he would have searched other dealers' inventories or put together a factory order if I hadn't found almost exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to consider more expensive models. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience that I would recommend to my friends. More
