My wife wanted to step out of her mini van and wanted a sporty but reliable all wheel vehicle and I suggested she should take a look at the Q7 3.6 liter engine. It had no feeling at all as a truck. We dealt with a gentlemen by the name of Necko Civic. He was very knowledgeable in the Q7 and many of the other cars. A great person overall. We didn't any funny feelings at all dealing with Necko. I myself was an owner of the A6 a few years back and also worked with Schaumburg Audi and was looked after with their service team.
