Schaumburg Audi is absolutely fantastic! I purchased my A3 in March of 2008, I did have a Audi TT back in 2000 however at that time the dealership was just ok. NOW?? Typical visit to dealership to buy a vehicle are a drawn out and painful experience. That was not the case for us when we visited Schumburg Audi to look at the all new 2013 Allroad. We had purchased a new Allroad in 2001 and just loved the car as a matter of fact our son is still driving it! The new Allroad did not disapoint! It is lower then an SUV but sits higher than the average sedan and we rally want to get back into a hatch back instead of the 2011 A4 sedan we had. Our sale person, Marty was outstanding! I had done my research online and reasched out to Marty to see what our trade would be worth and the approximate price of the vehicle we were interested in. Marty gave us all the information in a very expedient manner and we quick setup our test drive visit. Our buying experience was very pleasurable and we now have a new dealership and sales person to visit for service and for our next Audi purchase. More

Andy has been great in following up with me. I took my Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actull Audi Q5 in for 5000 miles service and to have the floor mats sprayed with stain protector and they told me it would take about 90 minutes, but actully was only about an hour.
