The sale process took about an hour and a half. I've purchased many cars from all the larger car dealers in the Schaumburg area. I can honestly say that this was the easiest, no-hassle purchase. I have very old business relations with the owners at Exchange, their son Michael and I have done business in the past. I could easily drive up there and they will definitely roll out the red carpet for me, but this time I wanted to see what can Hoffman Audi for me. I was not disappointed. Overall good service you expect. I may in the future go back up to Exchange as well, but for now I am happy here. More
