I knew the exact car I was looking for and just stopped in on a Saturday to see whether they had any low mileage per owned S5 convertibles. In the interim period I sent Juan a number of emails and texts. He responded to all of them very quickly and accurately. He responded even on his day off and in the evenings from his home. I've bought a number of cars and can say that he was the most straightforward sales person I've ever dealt with. I work in finance with a larger bank and am used to being treated as an intelligent judge of things like this and Juan always dealt with me in a sophisticated and intelligent manner.
