I found a car at Schaumburg Audi on the Internet which looked like what I was searching for. I called and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marty Johnson and we set up a time to look at the car. M looked like what I was searching for. I called and spoke with a salesperson by the name of Marty Johnson and we set up a time to look at the car. Marty gave me lots of information about the car over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership we met with Marty. He was super friendly and very informative as we looked at the automobile. The car was beautiful, better than it looked on the Internet photos. After we took a drive with Marty he showed us all the info and history of the car. We really liked it and decided to buy it. He right away offered a competitive price as well as a good price for our current car if we chose to trade it in. My husband countered on price and Mitch Berg, the manager was very good and forthright about coming to an agreement on a fair deal for the car. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. They even gave us some all weather mats which Marty personally drove to our home in Glencoe. The whole transaction was very smooth, personable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a preowned (that was what we purchased) auto, and I'm sure they're just as professional with new cars.
