Everything was nice, the only thing that I can say is that who ever did the wax job on the car did a horrible job. There was wax left all over the car, and the hood looks like has swirl lines in it! From the very minute I arrived, Andy Emberton was attentive to my needs and helpful with my questions. I had a last minute conflict in time as my mother was rescheduled for surgery.
