I had purchased a vehicle through an online auction and Greg was the sale representative I worked with. He was very professional and responsive answering all my questions and providing all I needed to be a Greg was the sale representative I worked with. The paper work can take a little time to complete and during that time Greg would frequently come by and let us know where things were at and how much longer the process would take. The dealership was very busy but he took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable. Dean Turner and Ed Stawicki are the real reason I do business with Schaumburg Audi. I have bought 6 audis from Dean and sent at least a dozen other customer to him who all feel the same as I do that t business with Schaumburg Audi. He has become much more than a salesman to our family, he is a trusted friend, having also sold Audi's to our kids. The Audi product is really the finest automobile on the road. Having driven and owned BMW's, Mercedes, Jaguar, etc., I feel Audi has no equal as a product, but you still need people to help and support the customer experience. That is Dean Turner on the sales side and Ed Stawicki on service. Certainly Schaumburg Audi has a very nice facility, great product and reputation, but it is Dean and Ed who keep me coming back.
