I live in California and was looking for an Audi TT (used)with the United States as my source for finding a car. In my search, I found some vehicles that looked interesting, but in dealing with the di (used)with the United States as my source for finding a car. In my search, I found some vehicles that looked interesting, but in dealing with the different folks, only one salesperson stuck out as a professional, and that was Necko Civic. His quick response to all my questions was prompt and helpful. When it came to the final three cars I was interested in, I found that only Necko could provide me with the service information I requested. While the others had lower mileage, lower prices; none of the service feedback was consistent. I pushed on Necko pretty hard about service records, buying a car sight unseen and that he was in fact my eyes for this deal. Necko assured me the car was immaculate and he was right. I flew into Illinois, and landed at Midway Airport a good distance from the Dealership. He had a driver pick me up and when I got to the Dealership, I was treated like a King! I met Necko's boss, the Service Manager who serviced the car, the finance guy and the General Manager. I drove the car back to California and the car exceeded my expectations. I don't know there customer base for flying in to get a car sight unseen but for me to get on a plane, fly to a different state (some 2000 miles away) and buy a car says something about the quality and trust of these folks. I know that the next time I am in the market for a car; Necko will be the first contact I make. Anything less than a 5 for this Dealership is a disservice to them. Sincerely, Roger Hembrough More

I always look forward to my Audi dealership visit, as Ted McConnell is a very friendly and welcoming greeter.
