Good trade-in process I was made aware of this dealership and a vehicle they had for sale through another auto web site. When contact was made and an appointment set up, the initial sales rep could not meet with me so quickly passed me off to another, which was fine. They asked good questions on line in order to be prepared for the meeting, and answered my questions as well. Upon arrival, I was dealt with well and courteously, took a test drive, and decided to purchase the car. They evaluated my trade and actually gave me more for it than I expected. They then prepped the car for me to take home, we did all of the paperwork, and I was on my way. Follow-up email questions were answered fully and quickly - good service after the sale. I was more than satisfied with how this all was handled. More

Window tinting My new Q5 came with all the windows tinted except the front drivers and passenger side windows. I talked to Mike torelli in service about getting them tinted and he took care of it. He also suggested that I have the upper part of the windshield tinted as well. The windows look great. Mike also saw to it that the car was washed and given a complimentary multi point inspection. I was also given a complimentary loaner car since the process took the whole day.
