Pick up key. Only one was provided when I bought the Audi. I was told it would take 10-15 min, was there 45 minutes. In total fairness, it was a Sat. & very busy. Appreciated the free car wash! Good experience once arrived at service, Phone contact was unacceptable. On the phone, on hold. Took over an hour and a half to find out if missing airbag piece was on the shelf we had been Phone contact was unacceptable. On the phone, on hold. Took over an hour and a half to find out if missing airbag piece was on the shelf we had been waiting for for, at least, 9 months (without a phone call that it was available). I was assured it was tagged to us, then on hold again to try to get service appointment, then redial and on hold again to make sure to have a rental car for an hour. Once we arrived everything went smoothly. This was my third trip to Audi to replace 3 defective recalled parts on both airbags. I actually drove to a restaurant, met a friend, had lunch...all the while on the phone or on hold to arrange this one visit to replace the last recalled piece to our Audi 2007 A4 cabriolet.
