The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

After test drive, approved financing and accepted offer, Jacek R. or “Jack” con The MOST Dishonest Dealership. Go to a different Audi dealership. After test drive, approved financing and accepted offer, Jacek R. or “Jack” confirmed twice that I can pick up the car at 5:30 today. When I arrived 15min early, he was notified that I was waiting. I waited 45 min. I had to ask again but Turns our Jack kept me waiting while he sold my car to someone who got there 2 hours ago. I got no call, text or email. He then kept me waiting again while he tried to print out proof of sending me an email, only to find nothing but proof that we agreed to offer. He offered no solution, apology or reparation. Instead waited for me to leave. I’m ok without the car, but hurt that a I was treated so badly. More

A few unexpected positives: 1) My car needed to go in for a recall. When I initially called for an appointment, the parts were not available, but the adviser promised to call me back as soon as they were in. He did! 2) My car was pretty dirty when I brought it in. Not only did the dealership wash it, but they CLEANED it inside! Amazing:) 3) The dealership filled my gas tank! That is an awesome touch. Thank you! Rick Kelstrom was fantastic. More
