The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL). The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

Audi Hoffman Estates responded

I am assuming that you are referring to the recall that came several years ago regarding the after run coolant pump and it having to be disconnected and/or replaced. If we performed the recall, we would have had to of let you know that it was performed, you would have also received paperwork from us stating that it was done as well. Unfortunately, your review does not give me the information required to fully investigate your case, but if you would like to revisit it please feel free to contact me at 847-843-9900 and I will be happy to discuss any of it with you. But one thing I can assure you is that we are not liars in any sense of the word, nor would I tolerate any of my employees to lie about anything related to our business, so to say that we are is just unfair. Audi is Broken responded

Andy, you informed us after you disconnected the coolant pump. Then after this destroyed our car you refused to fix the damage... Now that the court system has ordered Audi to repair this... Audi Hoffman Estates is doing it's absolute best to play dumb.
