The history of Audi Hoffman Estates started off as Schaumburg Audi in 1990. When our current president and owner, who had worked for Audi of America for over a decade, purchased the rights for the Audi franchise from O’hare Porsche-Audi and opened the first exclusive (stand alone) Audi dealership in the United States (at the time 320 W Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL).
The original Schaumburg Audi building lasted from 1990-2001 when in the same location a new “hangar style” design building was completed to comply with the latest Audi regulations. Our newest facility opened on July 1, 2013 as Audi Hoffman Estates at 1200 W. Golf Road, Hoffman Estates IL.

I had a few hiccups in trying to get an appointment when I called. I was being told that there was nothing available until a few days out but later when I checked online myself, I was able to get my car in I called. I hate to be that person but it was so unprofessional. He told me the car was going to be ready by end of day and not once did he call to update me. He and my phone number and my email, of which neither w He told me the car was going to be ready by end of day and not once did he call to update me. He and my phone number and my email, of which neither were used. I called the service number twice and left HIM a voicemail on when the car was going to be done and no answer. The worst part was him claiming he called me and left me a voicemail which he did NOT do. I am happy to provide my phone call records to dispute this if he claims he did. I will not be going to this dealership again. More
