audi Gwinnett has AMAZING customers service. i worked with Marco Neal. 3 months ago Marco showed me the Q8....he was so excited to show be the vehicle and no pressured sales tactics which actually sold with Marco Neal. 3 months ago Marco showed me the Q8....he was so excited to show be the vehicle and no pressured sales tactics which actually sold me ... not only the Q8 was our next car...but Marco would be the one that will sell it to me. His customer service skills are beyond reproach! Marco exceeded our expectations of customizing our new Q8...and he personally delivered to our front door in Charlotte, NC. he took over 2 hrs reviewing technology and aprogramming the car with my wife. Marco Neal is the type salesperson all high end dealership should want. customers shopping for luxury autos want knowledgeable sales people that are more concern with meeting customers needs more so than getting a quick sale....i just purchased my custom Q8 Prestige w/ luxury pkg a week before Christmas 2019. he wasn't the lowest priced dealership..but by far the best customer service of any dealership ever. More
