Mounir & Audi Gwinnett are the Best!!! We had visited Audi Gwinnett during one of our trips (early June) to looking for house and an office for our new business. We came in late one evening and met Mounir to test drive an A8 that we had our eyes on for quite awhile. Mounir was great to work with, he took us on a test drive and answered all of our questions and then asked us lots of questions to qualify what our actual needs where. We then came back to visit Mounir in August once we had moved to Atlanta. Since then our needs had changed, we now needed an SUV and again Mounir was gracious to take us on another test drive, answer all our questions and set us up with a Q7, a phenomenal machine. When the time is right I have no doubt that we will go back to Mounir for additional support for our next Audi (S8). More

Exceptionally great deal for a special circumstance I purchased a CPO Audi from Audi Gwinnett about a year ago and loved the car. Unfortunately since the time I bought it I have had some health issues c I purchased a CPO Audi from Audi Gwinnett about a year ago and loved the car. Unfortunately since the time I bought it I have had some health issues come up that makes it difficult for me to operate the clutch on the manual transmission that my vehicle came with. While at the dealership getting my 15k service I was given an excellent loaner car identical to mine, but with an automatic transmission. I couldn't believe how great the automatic transmission performed and asked if I could trade in my vehicle for the loaner car that I was provided. I worked with Garrett and explained that I wanted to trade out my car due to my medical condition and he went to great lengths to get me a very fair value on my trade in and got me a BRAND NEW Audi nearly identical to my first one at an incredible price. Garrett is awesome - I can't say enough good things about him. He made the purchase process incredibly easy and even met with us a little early before the dealership was open one day to wrap up the deal. He had all the paperwork ready to go and all the numbers were as negotiated and agreed upon the previous day. When we arrived to sign the paperwork the new car was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and ready for us to drive off. He even helped move our personal belongings and entertain our toddler. I really appreciate Garrett and Audi Gwinnett's willingness to help out a customer in a predicament and for the professionalism of everyone that works there. Outstanding salesman and dealership experience I had been on the fence regarding the kind of car I wanted to purchase. I had a lot of options to consider but one visit to Audi Gwinnett and being introduced to a terrific salesman, Mounir Barhoumi basically helped me with my decision. In the past when shopping for a new vehicle, I had usually avoided dealing with sales staff and almost exclusively dealt with “Internet” managers to minimize the time I had to spend face-to-face. However, Mounir was a breath of fresh air to work with. Mounir went out of his way to help me find the vehicle I wanted which ultimately was a new 2014 S4. The car I wanted was not on their lot but thanks to Mounir’s manager, Luka I was able to buy the one I really wanted. In fact, under Luka’s direction, Audi Gwinnett had the vehicle I wanted shipped from out of state to their dealership within a few days at no additional cost to me. That is an example of a top notch dealership and one that is willing to satisfy their customer at all costs. Having spent some time at Audi Gwinnett, I could see the comradery among the staff and it was very refreshing. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping each other. This goes from the sales manager on down the line all the way to the receptionist. All I can say is if anyone is even considering buying a new Audi, I highly recommend asking for Mounir Barhoumi.
