Honestly, I've lost track how many Audis I've got there and my latest purchase of RS5 was really my happiest hour - I finally got everything I've ever wanted in a car! And just few days ago I went back to do the scheduled 5K maintenance - it was like family reunion, because I know everybody there so well and they know me quite well. Service is second to none! Professional, friendly, convenient and well executed - if there would be a six star rating - I would give it for sure. I'd like to thank my Service advisors Glen Phelts, Jeff Bradberry, Byron Burris, Service Manager Josh Campbell, everybody in Parts and Sales and especially GM Dan Praznick and General Sales Manager Luka Vujnovic for great atmosphere they have created and maintain year after year!!! More

Good experience I worked my deal out with Tony over email and text because I don't like to haggle at the dealership. When I arrived for the test drive he was ready with keys in hand. The paperwork had all the numbers we agreed upon before my arrival with no surprise charges or unwanted up sells. It was a great experience. I was delayed waiting on the finance team but that was out of his control and in the end while it was a little inconvenient it didn't change my perception about the overall experience being a good one.
