The audacity for them to ask for my review after such a horrible service department experience! None of the service advisors acknowledge you when you enter their office, they don’t look up from their desks horrible service department experience! If I was the owner, I’d give them smaller computer monitors so they cannot hide from behind them. I made a 30k service appointment for Tuesday afternoon and dropped off my vehicle a little early. Was told by one of the service advisors that my vehicle could be ready by the end of the day and I would receive text updates on the status of the service. They told me this is the fastest and convenient way to get updates on servicing of my vehicle. I did not receive a single update (EVER), even after I sent messages via their text messaging platform for multiple days. When I finally was able to speak with a service advisor on Thursday afternoon, he told me my SA was not available and that a message had been left with my SA to contact me. I insisted that another SA get on the phone and provide me an update on my vehicles progress, he then proceeded to search for the service manager, who was also nowhere to be found. Was told a message was left with the service manager to call me back. Three hours later, I had to call and was able to successfully speak with my assigned SA who told me that he received a note from his Service Manager and that my vehicle had NOT been “dispatched” and now they have moved my vehicle to the front of the list and they are hoping to have my vehicle serviced as soon as possible. I reminded my SA that my vehicle has been in their possession for 2 days and I need my vehicle for Friday or I would need a loaner (which was never offered). My SA agreed to have a loaner vehicle for me to use if I can arrive by 5pm. I arrived at 4:45pm and my SA said that they are almost finished with my vehicle but if I wanted, he would still give me the loaner. ?!?!?!?!? Why would I want a loaner if my vehicle is almost ready? Needless to say, I got my vehicle after 5pm and was charged full price $156.15 (minus military discount of $6.89) for the vehicle service. I should’ve charged them for borrowing my vehicle for more than two days. I cannot believe how sloppy and unprofessional the whole department was. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to anyone, not even to people I dislike. AUDI N.A. and the owner of record should investigate for themselves. If I was affiliated with either of them, I would be ashamed. More
