Worked the deal over the phone and via email, paperwork was sent to me to sign. I drove down on a Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle. Met with Finance manager who kept me waiting when there was no one in the store around 9:45 am. Sat in his office, explicitly told him that I was transferring my personalized NC plate to which he stated no problem. He made copies of the registration and my license and told me it would be taken care of. This past Saturday, a little over a month after purchase, I got a new tag in the mail. Since then I have been given the run a round on who is to blame and at one point I was told that it was my fault, not good customer service. I now am facing a civil penalty from NC because of this dealerships carelessness. Julia was great, and I would purchase another vehicle from her in the future, my hope is that she doesn't work at this dealership when I purchase my next car! More

They will not send in your tag and title inform When you purchase an Audi from this dealership, prepare to pay penalty fees for your car registration. They will not send in your tag and title information to the state within 30 days, and you will accumilate and have to pay penalty fees. I had to pay $216 in penalty fees because mine was turned in only 10 days late. If you try to reach out and let them know about this issue, they will provide you with no assistance. GOOD LUCK!!! More
Poor Salespeople I was supposed to receive a call from a particular salesperson, well she only e-mailed me telling me to call her. Doesn't sound to eager for a sales! When I called her she had no idea what I was looking for even though all the information was supposedly passed on to her! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! The finance manager was terrible treating my wife as if she was incapable of purchasing a car without her husband to later mess up our tag paperwork and refuse to even see her when she was standing outside his office and she just wanted to give him the correct address and then the real issues started when the brand new etron started having issues starting and also with gas mileage etc we later found out a tech took the car over night without permission! The service tech let us know about this like it was some sort of joke while telling my wife all of the issues were just the way she was driving the vehicle. The next day she came to get her car and they left her standing in the cold after she unloaded her car because they were unable to locate her key for an hour this was also funny to them. She was late for work and she had to beg to be put back into her loaner and loaded it back up her self. The next day she came back and the service tech didn't know where her car was for 30 mins while she panicked and then was AGAIN unable to locate her key as she waited outside AGAIN. She made the GM aware of this immediately and he did nothing. A week or so later the service manager who was no where to be found during all of these issues called my wife to let her know he would like to look at the car himself but she would need to wait until he was back from VACATION. More
Best experience ever I'm in my early 50's and I've always hated buying vehicles- I do all the work ahead to get financing in place then just need to pick my vehicle. In the past this has still meant no less than hours at the dealership for paperwork etc. Absolutely not the case at Audi Gwinnett. I spent less than 30 minutes with the Finance department and was done! I have to give my salesperson ALL the credit. Ethan Dibble was phenomenal. Test drive on Sunday 12/11, made offer, finalized deal on Thursday and signed papers on Monday 12/19 (my delays not theirs). No pressure at all, just responded to my endless questions and always honest and positive. Great job and I'll send everyone to Ethan and Audi Gwinnett!! More

My Experience started out great with a wonderful sales person whom i will still say did no harm to me but he should consider working for a better company rick case Audi is a messy terrible place with disrespectful and careless people and he would do well somewhere else. My bad experience started out with my finance person asking me if my husband was going to come and pay the down payment on my car... because i guess women don't carry money i guess? He even switched his name to be first on the title even though i was present and first on all the paper work. I chose to look past this as maybe an error or habit. I later found out my tag paper work was sent to an old address which was NO WHERE on anything i gave him. When i came to see him to correct it he refused to see me and had a receptionist carry a sticky note back and forth to correspond with me while he looked at me through the glass of his office. This was only the surface of what was to come. My 2016 a3 etron was having issues starting switching into hybrid mode and was getting ridiculously low gas millage so i brought it in for service they kept it over night and the next day i was informed in a joking manner that one of the mechanics had taken my car overnight to his home and that he lived past the air port and had videotaped something while driving (i didn't give anyone permission to take my car to their home over night) i believe thats considered theft.....they also let me know that the issues i had with my car were all due to the way i must of been driving the and that i needed to come pick it up. When i arrived i was pretty flustered i unloaded all of my carseats and belongings so they could take the loaner and then i was informed they could not locate my key i later found out someone had dropped it down something in the shop.... this went on for an hour. I finally begged them to let me leave back into the loaner because i was late for work. its insane i had to suggest this. The next day I returned and they were surprised to see me because they thought my car had been dropped at my home and this process AGAIN took an hour to locate my CAR and AGAIN my key. In this process I had a service advisor put his hand up in my face while he was on a phone call and tell me to hold on then proceed to help other gentleman customers before me even after all of this had happened. NEVER ONCE did a member of management apologize to me or even speak to me. Two times on different days i stood in the cold with my belongings outside for a considerable amount of time while these serve advisors helped other people before me and couldn't find my keys all while telling me it was my fault i was having these issues. (side note i drove the same car and had not one single issue) I called the GM of audi gwinnett and i expressed all of my concerns even though i did see him while all of this was happening to me and he never stepped in..... we spoke and he promised me a return call and some answers and that i would have some sort of solution. I never did get that call back but he did have his service manager call me back and leave a very uncomfortable voicemail again making me feel at fault. I finally felt that it was time to call audi corporate when no one would treat me with the respect that i witnessed the employees and management treating other customers (mainly men) at rick case audi and it took them over two weeks to even give me any sort of response and their solution was to have the service manager call me again. The conversation with their service manager josh was that he would like to have them again look at my car BUT i needed to come back once he was back from vacation..... because i haven't waited long enough. I need to fit my life around rick case audi again. So i feel i have made the biggest mistake of my life i am trapped in a car that i can't get serviced locally I will now have to drive 40 miles in my leased vehicle to receive service where hopefully i will be treated better. I am disgusted by the treatment I've received both by rick case audi and audi cooperate after 6 years with bmw i never expected this level of customer service from any luxury car company. This is not a company i want to be associated with. More
