Audi Gwinnett Service is not recommended! ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALER SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Sadly I should have, but did not. Our Audi A6 3.0 ANYONE EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THIS DEALER SHOULD PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Sadly I should have, but did not. Our Audi A6 3.0T Quattro has been driven less than 20,000 miles. I brought it in because of some vibrations in the front of the car, and was told that the auto required a front brake job; both pads and rotors. These repairs totaled over $1,050. I was also informed that even though the vehicle had under 20,000 miles on it that the brakes were not covered under the new car warranty. Further, neither Audi, nor Audi Gwinnett was going to share in, or reduce the cost of the fix. Wouldn't you think that with a such low mileage $60,000 vehicle that the dealer would have made some concession on the price of the repairs. For instance, charging dealer cost on the job...not this "dealer". The so called "advisor" said that Audi brakes were "different" from all other cars and were "racing" brakes. He also used the excuse that the A6 is a "heavy car". What hogwash. If so called racing brakes need replacement so often then Audi should not use them. Or if they are so easy to fail, perhaps that should be disclosed before you purchase it. The invoice I was given stated that if I had any" concerns" that I could contact them. Of course I did so, mentioning most of what I have written here. It comes as no surprise that I have not had the courtesy of a response from this customer unfriendly group. Both my wife and I have previously owned other brands including Lexus; and have never had brake issues. I owned one Lexus for 12 years, almost 150,000 miles, and brakes were never a problem. We certainly do not recommend this dealership. Further, we will never be in the market for another Audi; and certainly will advise our friends and relatives not to have their vehicle serviced at Audi Gwinnett. More

Purchasing my TT Traded my 2015 A6 for 2018 TT Coupe with Tony Muirhead as my sales rep. My situation was tough but Tony made it look easy and the process was a breeze and really stress free if I’m honest. I work in a hospital so I can’t be on the phone and I don’t always know when I’m going to get off of work. Tony worked with me via text as if I were sitting at his desk and that made it easy for me. He listened to what I was looking for and where I wanted to be payment wise and he knocked it out the park along with Collin in finance! Great experience with both Tony and Collin but my hat goes off to Tony. Tony worked hard to make sure it was easy for me. He took me through the car and helped me get everything set up and thoroughly went through the cars options and technology. Tony could have stopped once the sell was finalized but he didn’t, he followed up and made sure I was happy with my purchase. He didn’t just stop at being a salesman he became a friend and made sure EVERYTHING I had any concern with was taken care of immediately and he did this on days when he was off of work and not even at the dealership...that’s DEDICATION...and GREATLY APPRECIATED! I highly recommend Audi Gwinnett and that recommendation is due to the great experience I have had with the team in the dealership but most of all TONY MUIRHEAD and COLLIN BRAMLETT in finance! Awesome work! I couldn’t be happier! I will be returning! If you have read this entire review make sure you ask for TONY MUIRHEAD you won’t be disappointed, great guy that’s going to take good care of you start to finish and beyond! More

Straightforward and Easy First Car Purchase My wife and I had a pleasant experience as we bought our first (used) car. We had just come from a previous dealer where a couple of salesmen asked my wife and I if we were students. We are both in our 30s, so while the question was somewhat flattering, we also felt that we weren't being taken seriously. Tony Muirhead treated us respectfully from the start, and our age / appearance never seemed to be an issue. In addition, car salesmen have a reputation as being overly talkative and wily. I appreciated how Tony was great at getting to the point (not in an unfriendly way!), and only saying what was necessary. We walked in with no appointment and were able to test drove a couple of cars with no fuss. (Tip: we were able to test drive a car from Rick Case Kia right next door. A Rick Case salesman may be able to sell you a car from any Rick Case dealership, so be sure to ask). My wife and I don't have much of a credit history as we recently moved to the US from abroad. The finance manager, Collin Bramlett, was very helpful in finding us an institution to finance our car as he also gave us tips on how to build up our credit. My one complaint is that we had to wait some time between deciding we wanted the car and sitting down to work out payment. There were only a couple of finance managers working and a few people waiting head of us. If we had been informed that we had to wait over an hour, we could have gotten a quick bite to eat or explore the area. Overall, we are happy with our experience and our car. I would gladly return to purchase my next automobile. More
