Plus point: The new place is a nice facility but the approaching-the-customer-part needs work. After walking around, I got introduced to Ryan Stern who was walking in from helping another customer. Once I got paired with Ryan Stern, things were good. He does work hard to locate a vehicle of your choice and will work with you on the prices. Pete Shumar was also excellent! Now, this review is based on a transaction in 2019; things may have improved since then. Cons: I am still waiting for their tech specialist to call me to schedule an overview of the car.....Called the service dept for service and they have yet to call me back. Overall, a good place to buy a car (new or pre-owned/certified) but look to have it serviced elsewhere.... More
