Audi Fort Washington

In July/August 2020, I went to Audi Fort Washington to place an order for a new Audi RS6 Avant. I met with a sales person there and met the sales manager - Scott. We built the car and Scott assured me mul place an order for a new Audi RS6 Avant. I met with a sales person there and met the sales manager - Scott. We built the car and Scott assured me multiple times that I would have the next available order slot. Well it's 5 months later and I keep an eye out on their website - they have delivered 4 or 5 cars and somehow the "next order slot" Scott promised us is still pending. This dealer is unprofessional, dishonest, unethical and wasted a lot of time for me. I wish I would have known and went straight to a different dealer. If you want to buy a silver Audi A3 that's been sitting on the lot for 6 months, this place may workout for you. If you want to special order a higher end Audi steer clear from this dealer. After reading this review on Google the dealer reached out to me asking me to take it down and told me I can have someone's car that allegedly "backed out" same day my review went up, which is interesting since I was told months prior that I had the next allocation. They had me come back in just to figure out that the build can not be changed, essentially offering me someone else's build. Wait 8 months, pay 130k for a car and not get what you want? No thanks, yet more of my time wasted. Again if you want to special order a higher end Audi RS or R8 and actually receive it - this is NOT the place to do it, they play games. Now I am in the market for an R8 as well and would never consider going back there. More

I am writing a review due to a compliant I have. I left my car with Audi for service trusting it wouldn't be search through. Upon picking my car up I notice my handicapped placard was missing out of my glo my car with Audi for service trusting it wouldn't be search through. Upon picking my car up I notice my handicapped placard was missing out of my glove box. I called the dealership and spoke to my service advisor only to be told the service I had wouldn't allow them to go in my glovebox. That was a problem for me number one I know where everything is in my car. I am not a person that misplaces anything. Especially something like that. I spent 1900 on service and to have had something stolen out my car is a major issue. Its almost like they thought I was lying. This is unacceptable I have information in my car and now I don't know what else they may have went through or even taken. I had my checkbook in there a thief is a thief and its unacceptable the fact I paid that much and trusted the dealership with my vehicle. I will never take my car back to Fort Washington Audi I am disappointed with this last service I received everything was fine up until that point. And to be told there are cameras at the dealership, are there camera's when the car is driven after the service is done or even when they take it to be washed? Somebody stole my belongings out my car. When I dropped it off my handicap placard was in there , I know because I had just used it and place it in the glove box before dropping my car off to them. Our sales person Antonella was awesome and very helpful throughout the process of test driving and getting a deal done. However I would not deal with Richard Fernandez one of the sales managers, on New Yea throughout the process of test driving and getting a deal done.
