Had a sudden issue with the steering on my '24 S5. I called repeatedly by the call kept getting dropped and I was not able to get through to the dealership. I used the live chat connection on the website and was told someone would contact me. After 1.5 hours I drove to the store. I spoke with JC who was professional and courteous. The team arranged for a rental car for me and I went home to organize a tow. I was able to get the car mobile and returned to the dealership with it. The team there got me into my rental and within two days was calling to advise the car was ready. Not a great start, but definitely a great finish to the service experience. One important suggestion to the service team. The inspection video was excellent and a great addition to the overall service experience. The one issue I have is that it is sent as a text. It's an unrecognized number and there was no identification that the message was coming from Audi Fort Lauderdale. I almost deleted the message as Spam. My suggestion would be to add a standardized message something like "This is (first name) the technician at Fort Lauderdale Audi. Please click the link below for a service walk around on your car." or something to that effect. More
