Since this dealership is the closest to me, I have been going there for years when I need it. But I can't say that I am very happy. Whenever I call the service on the phone, it is very difficult to find so going there for years when I need it. But I can't say that I am very happy. Whenever I call the service on the phone, it is very difficult to find someone to solve my problem or to answer the phone. Despite trying to reach me many times, I could not get an answer and when I called the Miami dealership, it was both pleasing and sad to find the answer on my first call. Sometimes I research my own question, find it and solve it myself. A customer service quality that I cannot associate with the Audi brand and quality. Maybe this dissatisfaction is due to the friendly and solution-oriented service that I received at the Audi service in Europe and that I am used to. Here, the customer is seen as a job that only needs to be solved and sent off. In Europe, where this brand was born, the customer is seen as a person to thank for choosing their brand and we leave the dealership feeling special and happy in the face of the service we receive. For this reason, when we go to the dealership and leave in there. We are comfortable and happy. I was shocked to learned that I had to keep the nail in my tire in order for the warranty to be valid. I wish I had been told that when I purchased the tire warranty. . . .However, there was no way I would my tire in order for the warranty to be valid.
