My Brand Specialist, Patrick Hamama, is a very chill guy that has the perfect demeanor for a Brand Specialist. He was calm and collected, always treated me with respect and addressed all my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. I, like most people, don't do so well with pushy salespersons who try to steer you in a direction you don't want to go (no bad pun intended). I had certain expectations that I communicated to Patrick early on in the sales process; I was a little concerned there may have been some unwanted surprises (last second price hikes, lesser value on trade-in, mysterious fees, etc.) at the end, based on horror stories from others who purchased cars during the past several years. However, there was no BS at all and the deal came through exactly as promised - Patrick is very much a man of his word. I'd also like to recognize Jennifer Robison, the Finance Manager. She was very professional, personable and easy to work with throughout the process. Ultimately, after my purchase, I left feeling like I got the exact car I was looking for, at a very fair and reasonable price, which is what it really comes down to in the end when making a sizable purchase...
