Patrick was fabulous to work with. I came in to test drive a Q5 having never driven one before. He explained everything I needed to know about the car before taking it for a spin and I was sold! It was several weeks before I could complete the transaction and in the meantime, the other dealer could not hold the vehicle. Bailey found a perfect match for me that was several hundred miles away.
