Unorganized location in Farmington hills. I love my vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive and they don’t have a vehicle available. Now I’m late for work, inconvenienced on gas and I still have to return for an oil change. Keep in mind I needed my oil changed a week ago but they said 9/24 was the soonest loaner available. I’m so upset and will be avoiding service here at all cost!! More

I have been visiting Audi of Farmington Hills since 2012. I have had excellent experiences both with the dealer, and with Jerron. Jerron makes you feel as though your vehicle is the most important one when I have had excellent experiences both with the dealer, and with Jerron. Jerron makes you feel as though your vehicle is the most important one when you’re talking to him. He also makes sure that everything possible is done when your vehicle is at the dealership to ensure you get the best product/value. When I need something for my Audi, he’s usually my first call. I have owned many cars in my time & this is by far my best experience with any of them! Everyone from sales to service have consistently been awesome. He made the entire transaction seamless from trade in to purchasing my car.
