Excellent service I purchased my car at Audi cavender in the summer of 2015, Domingo helped me from San Antonio and I live in Mission Tx (The Valley) all my assistance I purchased my car at Audi cavender in the summer of 2015, Domingo helped me from San Antonio and I live in Mission Tx (The Valley) all my assistance was through phone calls and text messages. when I went to pick up my car everything was ready and the process was really quick. The service at San Antonio is awesome nothing comprare to San Juan from The Valley. Domingo has been helping me even a year after my purchase. Everything I need he's been there to answer my questions such as warranty and contract copies. I really recommend Audi cavender from San Antonio. More

Fantastic Service from the Sales floor to the Finance Mr. Rick Cavender met with us briefly last week and said, "I hope we can own your business." We took the advise and met with Ariel Esparza, Malo Payn Mr. Rick Cavender met with us briefly last week and said, "I hope we can own your business." We took the advise and met with Ariel Esparza, Malo Payne and Tony Osburn. They went out of their way and went above and beyond their call of duty. We left the dealership at 9:18 p.m. yesterday. I can only say that the customer service was amazing and they really worked with us on all aspects from the car detailing, financing and so much more. Thank you for making our experience a memorable one!!! I am happy to report that I am in a 2016 Q3 and I love it! More

Awesome Sales Team We had Janette Herzog and Jorge Gordinez as our sales team. I specifically wanted to see demos of new Audi technology and didn't care what model it w We had Janette Herzog and Jorge Gordinez as our sales team. I specifically wanted to see demos of new Audi technology and didn't care what model it was demoed on. They worked it out to see it on an S6. We ended up buying an A6 with the options we wanted. Jorge took it a step further and suggested a used 2017 A6 at a very significant discount. Neither Janette or Jorge put any buying pressure on us. They both wanted to be sure we got exactly the vehicle we were looking for no matter the time it took to find it. The only downside was the length of time it took to negotiate the deal and get through financing even though we were prequalified. More

Disappointed. Went to this dealership seeking a used Range Rover Sport for my daughter & and a new Q5 3.0T for myself. Young salesman Cody was very courteous, but u Went to this dealership seeking a used Range Rover Sport for my daughter & and a new Q5 3.0T for myself. Young salesman Cody was very courteous, but unfamiliar with Range Rover Sport. He brought a self proclaimed "certified Land Rover Expert", Tony, who informed us the vehicle we were viewing was a supercharged version, but when I noted that there was no supercharger in the engine bay, the exhaust tailpipe diameter was too small for a supercharged engine, & the supercharged engines have "supercharged" emblazened on the air filter cover, he became rude & condescending. At this point we left & will definitely never return to this Dealership. 12/26/16. FRS. More

Having to drive up from Corpus Christi to bring my Audi to the Service Department can be tiring & stressful Joshua Taylor was very polite and helpful. Having to drive up from Corpus Christi to bring my Audi to the Service Department can be tiring & stressful (traffic in San Antonio is crazy!). Joshua is very professional. His knowledge, consideration & straight forward honesty made me feel confident that I was working with the right person. Joshua was the best Service Advisor I have seen in the pass.
