Had a fantastic experience with Rich. I was purchasing from MS and he had everything set up and ready to go once I got to CT. I was asked to sign a document that stated my newly purchased car had approximately 25 miles, when in fact had over 100. The driver floor mat had sand/dirt on it when it was turned over to me.
