Very slow service I took my A4 in for its first oil change, tire rotation and a couple of factory recalls. I made an appointment ahead of tome, the first of the day. I got there 15 minuets early and Sean Heuertz (Service Consultant) got me right in. Unfortunately it took almost 3 hours to complete the service. Glad I brought a book with me to read.
