took 3 trips to solve issue I don't fault the service department for the 3 trips it took, they were extremely responsive, and it was an odd fix eventually. Service department would have gotten a 4 on its own. I would not recommend this dealership because of the policy/treatment I received when I purchased the car. I bought a 2014 A5 with ~24K miles on the vehicle, when inspecting the vehicle everything look up to spec, for that amount of miles including the tires. I had the tires checked at a tire retailer, because the low air pressure light was coming on. He inspected the car and informed me of the 2 on the inside and said it wasn't safe to drive. Little did I know, that with this car it had an alignment problem, and the inside of the tires were down to a 2, while the outside was closer to a 4/5. This dealership refused to replace the tires, nor would they return my calls after they realized I was not going to accept their offer of discounted tires and CHARGE me for an alignment. My next car will be over 100K, but not from here. More
