The Q5 was delivered to them and we went in, did some paper work and DONE. By far the best car buying experience we have had. Exceptional service!!! I was in a need for a new car since I was extremely dissatisfied with my BMW. My wife is a customer of Audi for years and so I decided to buy an Audi. I was in a need for a new car since I was extremely dissatisfied with my BMW. My wife is a customer of Audi for years and so I decided to buy an Audi. My wife has bought 6 Audis from George Rangelov, so I decided to contact him. I told him what I wanted, he found the perfect Q3 for me, and we completed the sale via email/phone. The deal I got was very good and George ensured that my first Audi purchase would be an awesome experience. I explained that I am active military stationed at Ft.Bragg, NC, and for that, I received a military incentive which was nice. He overnight the paperwork for me to sign, and then I drove to Florida to pick up my Audi and trade in my BMW. Once there, George answered all my questions/concerns and the vehicle was delivered to me in a timely manner. I could not be happier with my purchase and I am very pleased to have work with George. I also told my fellow soldiers about my experience and they were impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work of George! And yes, I did buy a car over the phone, without test driving it. This is indicative of how much I trust Audis and George!!!! More
