New computer service My 2009 Audi 4 convertible had a complete computer failure. Had to have it fixed at a dealer. Crown took 2 1/2 weeks to get , install, and reprogram a My 2009 Audi 4 convertible had a complete computer failure. Had to have it fixed at a dealer. Crown took 2 1/2 weeks to get , install, and reprogram a new one. After this long wait and $3100.00 it is running good. Chris Cosgrove, my service advisor, was friendly and sympathetic to my pain. He handled this event as well as could be expected and soothed my trauma a bit. More

Outstanding car buying experience!! From the moment we first stepped into the Audi Clearwater dealership we knew this would be a very different experience. Our salesman, Bora, was very f From the moment we first stepped into the Audi Clearwater dealership we knew this would be a very different experience. Our salesman, Bora, was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He never pressured us into any decisions and made sure we ended up with exactly the car we wanted. Over the course of a few weeks there were several visits to the dealership and numerous phone calls. There were a few test drives. And though it all we never felt any pressure. Once we ordered my wife’s Q7 they did a great job of keeping us up to speed as to the progress of the car and estimated delivery date. Once it was delivered Bora spent so much time with us going over all of our cars features. He made himself available the morning after our purchase for my wife to go back and continue going over the vehicles features. We will most definitely be going back to this Audi dealership next time we are in the market for a new car. More

I feel like we made a new friend. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the cars, as you would think he should be, right? But the sales person at a former dealership we went to was not at ALL, so this was refreshing. He answered our questions, offered more information, and worked hard for us to get us what we needed. Usually you don't think of buying and negotiating for a car to be fun, but we had fun with him and had lots of laughs.
