Jessica Geneva, whom we feel is our personal service advisor, always goes out of her way to help us. We received an alert to change our oil and it was time for a 30,000-mile service. We were headed out advisor, always goes out of her way to help us. We received an alert to change our oil and it was time for a 30,000-mile service. We were headed out of town and the service interval was running three weeks out. Jessica found a way to get us in on a Saturday to have this service completed since we will be driving and will be away for a month. Jessica rocks! More
