Steve went above and beyond when he assisted my husband and myself in buying a new Audi. He spent several hours with us test driving and discussing the features of different Q5s and Q7s, until we made up o and myself in buying a new Audi. He spent several hours with us test driving and discussing the features of different Q5s and Q7s, until we made up our mind on the Q7. When we picked up our new Q7, he then spend another hour or so going through the features and how everything in the car worked. Then a couple of days after the sale, he follow-up with a phone call to inquire into whether we had any questions on features of the Q7. I have bought many cars, mostly BMWs, however I have never had a sales person spend time with me explaining the features, especially after the sale. Steve really impressed both my husband and I with his dedication, thoroughness, and professionalism. More
Our salesman Mike Minor was very knowledgeable and patient to review all of the components of the Q5. We had to order the vehicle and Mike kept us updated on the delivery each week without us having t patient to review all of the components of the Q5. I was in the market for a 2011 A4 Quartz Grey, Sports Pack, black interior, Quattro with 18" wheels. Unfortunately there weren't any at any local dealers (I live in Boca Raton). So, I jumped on the Pack, black interior, Quattro with 18" wheels. Unfortunately there weren't any at any local dealers (I live in Boca Raton). So, I jumped on the net and stumbled upon Crown Audi. After telling Tony what I was looking for he said "we have the car". He then introduced me to Steve Parella to work the deal. A few words about Steve . . . he is the most knowledgeable and friendly car representative I've EVER dealt with. Although I thought I was an educated consumer, Steve took the time to ask me about what was important to me. Then asked me to consider the premium plus model vs. the sports package. What's unusual here, is that most car reps would try to sell you what they had in stock (they had both). But not Steve. He wanted me to have something that I loved. After considering his points about the premium model, I agreed and we began to work the deal. Since I was in Boca and didn't want to drive, I sent Steve pics my trade (a 2005 A4). He appraised the car at the same value as the local dealers (without me having to tell him what I thought my car was worth). He then gave me a price for the new car that beat the local dealers (even with the cost of shipping the car to Boca). The unique thing about Crown was there wasn't any haggling. Their price just beat all 3 of the local dealers I went to (even though Crown was the only dealer that actually had the car). My car came on 11.15.11 at 7:15PM. In rolled off the truck and was perfect. Just as Steve described. The next day Steve spent several hours with me (probably more if you add up all the times I called him) walking me through the car virtually. He helped me set up the bluetooth, ipod and showed me the other goodies. Dealing with Crown and in particular Steve was the best car experience I've ever had buying a car. I'll be back (in about 6 years). Thanks Steve & Tony for such a delightful experience. More

I saw the car on-line, spoke with Mike and then David; and by the end of the next day Mike delivered my brand new 2011 black on black Audi A5 convertible to my home. I have not experienced such gracious, honest, fair, and comfortable service ever. The car is perfect and the price was pleasing to my wallet. My Audi, effectionately names "Iron Man" is as beautiful as the service I received. Thank you Crowne Audi - you are the best! More

Regardless of my age or social status both the sales associate Stephen Parella and Manager Paul Lundy did everything they could do to get me into the car of my dreams, taking time to explain in detail all of my options available to me, and explaining which options were best for me. I was also taken around to all departments (service, parts, etc.) to meet the staff of Crown Audi. The dealership was friendly and comforting and my experience was superb. Before leaving the dealership in my new car Stephen Parella spent time to explain in immaculate detail how to navigate and work the equipement and gadgets my car was equipped with and made sure I knew how to use it and the do's and the don'ts. The next day I recieved a follow up call from Stephen Parella to double check if I had any other questions about my new car and my driving experience with the car so far and reassured me to stop by or call at anytime to come see him personally with any questions I will have. The staff of Crown Audi obviously go above and beyond for their customers and have pride in the cars that they sell. More
As a previous BMW and Infiniti owner, I was used to a pretty high level of service at other dealer service centers. However, Crown Audi definitely took it to the next level on my recent service visit. pretty high level of service at other dealer service centers. However, Crown Audi definitely took it to the next level on my recent service visit. From the moment I contacted the service department, I was treated like I was their only customer! My Audi's check engine light came on over the weekend and I drove the car to a privately-owned foreign car service shop near my house. The private mechanic shop was backed up and told me they couldnt look at my car for at least another day. I called Crown Audi service department just to get their impression of my car's problem based on my description. The service rep took the time to listen to my concern and asked for my VIN number. Once he ran my VIN number, he determined that my vehicle had an "open recall" for an engine component that had never been replaced. Although he could not provide any guarantees without seeing the car and running diagnostics, he did give me a place to start. I took his advice and had my car towed to the dealer's service shop. Once my vehicle arrived, they were upfront about the timeline and kept in regular communication with me. As it turned out, the malfunction with my car was due to the "recalled" engine coil component. I left there with a $0 service bill! Of course, I was so happy because the repair would have cost me about $400-$500 had I left my car at the other shop. Had it not been for the time that the service rep gave me on my first call by listening to me and checking my VIN, I would have never even known that this malfunction was related to a recalled part! In my experience, very few service representatives give you this much assistance over the phone before they even see your car. Not only was the work completed with 100% satisfaction, they even offered to send a driver to pick me up when it was completed earlier than expected! What more could you want???? More
