I had been in my current car for a while and it was time to move on. I've not had good experiences the last two car purchases and I refused to return to those dealers. My wife and I visited Crown Audi a couple weeks ago to get a better understanding of the A6. We were not looking to buy, just to see what was out there. I was a little nervous about the dealer from my last interactions (at other dealerships). To our surprise, we ran into Joel Tolle at the dealership. Interacting with Joel was a great pleasure. He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and focused on what I was looking for and helping me understand the Audi products. He was not pushy, just helpful. After seeing the A6 (and feeling very comfortable with the experience), Joel worked with us to get a new A6. The A6 we wanted was at another dealership and Joel worked to make the purchase smooth and delivery seemless. We'll be going back to Crown Audi for future auto needs. Sue and Greg Taylor More

Prior to going to Crown Audi my husband Paul had researched the dealership and the type of Audi A3 TDI Sportback Premium that we wanted to buy. Our original salesman kept on trying to sell me a white 2010 A3 Premium Plus. Curt Kelly, Audi Brand Specialist came to our rescue. He is a true professional who takes pride in doing his job well and will go the distance to provide superior customer service. He even came in at 8 am when he was ill to take a picture of our A3 and email it to us at 8:15 am so that we knew it had arrived. Paul had all of our paperwork ready to go, and the closing went off without a problem. His attention to detail and professionalism was very appreciated.
