HE'S A GREAT ASSET TO THE WHOLE NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. AND PAUL IN THE BUSINESS OFFICE HAS THE MOST COURTESY AND KNOWLEDGE OF ANY F & I MAN I'VE DEALT WITH OVER THE YEARS. Al Kirschbaum was very helpful in getting the most for our the car we traded in. the sales manager, Tony Ricciardulli was right there to welcome us with the new car and the finance manager Paul Lundy was very helpful in getting the best finance rates and to make the paperwork go smoothly. I took my car in for it's standard 55,000 mile service and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. Evan was phenomenal and did an outstanding job. I was made fully aware of what was going on with my car at all times and what issues were at hand/resolved. Extremely professional on all fronts. I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else but these two gentlemen. The technicians are class-A all the way as well. Never once had an issue with their work. I feel fortunate having them as my dealer as we have all heard the horror stories about dealerships taking advantage of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or is planning on owning an Audi, no question. More

I actually purcahsed my car before getting to the state of Florida. Mike was informative with every question I had a very quick to respond.
